Assembly Instructions
1. Bolt main frame (1) to dip/leg lift frame (5)
using bolts, washers and hex nuts shown.
2. Bolt pull-up/chin-up bar (4) to main frame.
3. Bolt set-up frame (3) and roman chair (2) to
frame, using the connecting bars (6).
4. Install grips, booties and pads as shown.
5. Go back and see that all bolts and nuts are
tightened securely.
