Assembly Instructions
1. Lay out parts and check with the Parts List to determine that you
have received all parts shown in the Parts List.
2. Bolt together Parts A1 & A2, using Bolt G and Washer and nut H & I.
Be sure A1 in bolted on top of A2 as shown in the diagram. Do not fully
tighten, as you may need to adjust the tubes later.
3. Now install the Upright Tubes to the swaged ends of the Top
Assembly. Be sure to match up the Color Coded Tubes.
4. Bolt together the ‘X’ Bars (C), using fasteners C, H & I.
5. Bolt the ‘X’ Bar Assembly to the Upright Tubes. Be sure to attach the
top tubes with the Red Dot. Now tighten all bolts on the frame securely.
6. Install the four Wheel Sockets (K) into the bottom of the Upright
Tubes and then push in the Casters.
7. To install the 24” Helmet Rods (D), push the rods through the holes
in the Upright Tubes. Space ends equally on both sides of the tube
and secure with the Push Nuts (F). Cap ends with the Plastic Caps (E).
